Dwayne Gardner

Assistant Coach - 11th Season

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I graduated from Haltom High School in 1988. I married my high school sweetheart, Teresa, in 1990 and had twin daughters in 1992. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. After a short stint as an electrical engineer, I decided to get into teaching and coaching. I am currently in my 11th year (6th year at Saginaw High School) teaching mathematics and coaching football, basketball, baseball (3 years as Head Coach) and track. This is my 3rd year as a girls' assistant soccer coach.

Kasey Sherrell

Assistant Coach

Coach Sherrell attended Saginaw High School where she played Varsity soccer all four years and was also a member of the Varsity cheerleading team. After high school she attended Fort Scott Community College, she received an athletic scholarship, and then graduated from the University of North Texas. She is very excited to be able to come back and coach at the school she attended! She still enjoys playing soccer in adult leagues in the DFW area.

Coach Sherrell started her career in Fort Stockton, TX as a coach and moved back home this year to be the middle school head soccer coach. She is very excited about her opportunity to coach at both the high school and the middle school.
